If a 0 rating was an option, that would be too generous. We purchased a new 2022 Santa Cruz and due to numerous engine and AC problems, we have had more than 12 scheduled appointments for repairs. To date, they have NOT resolved any issues. Twice we had appts scheduled for oil change and repairs, drove 60+ mikes, one way, and when we arrived, they said we would have to reschedule as their tech was not there. They never bothered to let us know. Twice they required over a week for repairs and the interior and exterior of the loaner car were filthy. On top of all they never answer their phone or return calls. A good manager would serve the business well to require all of their employees including the manager to take a short walk over to Wilson Chevrolet service department for some intense training in every possible area!!!

I’ve now purchased my third vehicle from Barry Sanders Super Center, and unfortunately this will be my last due to the complete lack of communication and transparency. When I purchased my brand-new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe, there were clear agreements made as part of the deal—specifically a tow hitch installation and handling of the tag, title, and license. Nearly two weeks later, none of that has been fulfilled. To make matters worse, I left the dealership with a dirty vehicle, including bird droppings still on the top. The so-called “detail” they performed was careless at best—they used a razor blade to remove stickers and ended up scratching the vehicle. That’s completely unacceptable for a brand-new purchase. I reached out to the dealership almost two weeks ago and was told GM Tory would contact me. That never happened. I also spoke with Amanda, who was very polite and reassuring, but unfortunately it was all talk—no follow-through, no resolution. I even brought the vehicle back in for them to address the scratches and for a GM inspection, and somehow the condition of the vehicle is worse now than before. My previous review was not about how the vehicle was driven, but how the vehicle was offered to the public. The used car manager said that this car , with 113k miles was in perfect shape and their owed service tech. Informed me that the prior owner did not take good care the car. The point is as a new car point get a good used car manager, and tell the customer that the car is due for the change. After investigation, I have found additional customers who have had problems with this dealership, over poor cars put out for sale. THATS THE REALITY OF IT.

Went in for a complimentary oil change today and after the change I was informed that this was my last free oil change. I've only had the car for one year but was told when I purchased the car I would have 3 years of free oil changes. Also they apparently sent me a notification that additional work was recommended, but I didn't see the message. In the past they would come out and talk to me about the additional work including the additives to the oil and gas to keep the warranty in effect, but no one came out to talk to me about this and just cancelled the extra work on their own accord. The person just came out and told me my oil change was done and this was my final complimentary oil change. This is the worst service I have received from this dealership and not sure where I'll go from this point on for service. Not sure I'll return here.

Wife and I drove 4.5 hrs to purchase a Hybrid Sonata that we paid a $1000.00 Deposit and had credit ran and offer made to find out the scam was made. The vehicle was not a Hybrid but a regular Sonata. The manger and salesman only offered us water or a cold drink with an apology " I'm sorry". They even question me why I wasn't mad and others would be furious at them. Well, believe me I was but held it in. They could have paid for my gas. That following Monday I got my deductible back. Honestly I wouldn't do business Barry Sanders ever and I've learned my lesson not to trust a single person. Thanks very Barry Sanders for making my life even more hell after my son who was a disabled vet got slammed into the back end of my other car which totaled it out. Still to this day I haven't been able to find a vehicle of my choosing.
